Sully bungalow
Starting off with a Rundown bungalow in need of complete renovation our clients were looking for additional internal space along with an external design to stand out amongst the neighbouring renovated properties.
Adding a in false Gable overhang to the rear half of the roof created a natural continues roof line while subtly hiding the cedar clad rear dormer.
The design included a complete new roof structure with a unique dormer and cantilevered front balcony housing two large bedrooms a bathroom and en-suite, all allowing the ground floor space to adjusted to a more open plan living space.
