On a new build timber frame property the client was looking for an additional bedroom space to enhance the property further.
The dormer was designed to using similar finished to match the existing property and tie into the existing roof. The new space housing a bedroom, En-suite and dressing room.
As the existing property was constructed with a timber frame it involved working closely with Telebeam to create a suitable floor structure for the new space.
