Set in a location with already stunning views the brief was simple, an additional living space that maximises the views.
The dormer was designed to ascetically blend into the existing roof, maximise bedroom space and take full advantage of the idea views. The En-suite situated within the pitched roof space was positioned to ensure available headroom was utilised in the best way possible.
This project required full planning approval and its design involved working with structural engineers to form a steel frame to support the dormer.
